Returns and Exchange Policy

Hopefully you will be very pleased with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy please refer to our returns policy below.

Changed Your Mind?

If for any reason you have changed your mind and would like to return your order after delivery then please email us at info@poptopmedia.co.uk .  Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and remain unopened and in their original packaging. On return the goods will be checked and upon satisfaction that the goods are in a resaleable condition then a refund will be processed.  The cost of returning the goods will not be covered by Pop Top Media in this instance and will be at your own expense. The cost of original postage will be deducted from your refund.

Goods damaged in transit / Shortages

Claims for goods damaged in transit or shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt.  If the packaging is damaged this must be noted at the time of delivery and photographic evidence taken BEFORE the box is opened.  Once the damaged goods have been received into our warehouse and checked, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Goods reported faulty within 28 days

Should a fault occur within 28 days of purchase, please contact us in the first instance at info@poptopmedia.co.uk . In the event the fault cannot be rectified we will arrange for the return of the goods. Once the goods have been received into our warehouse and checked, a refund or exchange will be issued.

Goods reported faulty after 28 days

Please contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim for all faults reported after 28 days.

Please email us at info@poptopmedia.co.uk if you need to return or exchange your goods, so that we know what the issue is and we can then confirm the correct procedure.  If goods are returned without prior notification this may delay your refund or result in a refund not being issued. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.  We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value if damage occurs as a result of poor packaging or unnecessary handling.
